  1. Hey everyone, I just want to clear things up that I did not know this was a pro-ana diet, as many of the people recommending this had gone through it to fit in a dress in a few days or look good for a vacation. I should have researched a little more. This was not meant to trigger anyone!

  2. u should've had coffe to supress the appetite, im on day 2 brkfst and i lost 3lbs coffe is the worst part but i ate mandarin instead of gfruit , instead of tuna i ate a banana. if it works ill continue doing it once a week until i loose 30lbs

  3. This diet has been out for over 20 years, how do I know, because that was the last time I did it. It worked back then, however I was also 20+ years younger and slimmer. LOL!

  4. Oh yeah, every nutritionist, doctor, dietitian, every military member, athlete, will all tell you, the only way to lose fat and gain muscle is to eat balanced, moderate meals and EXCERCISE. Most people eat way too much of anything they eat. Healthy or not, portion sizes matter considerably. And….. excercise, move, get up, leave the computer, walk, run, swim, whatever….even 10 minutes a day will boost metabolism. No excercise no muscle, no excercise no fat loss.

  5. 5am: How about this. Two eggs, 2 bacon, toast with jelly, 1 orange, 1/2 pint milk, 1 cup coffee. Breakfast.
    9am: snack 1oz almonds, 1 cheese stick.

    12pm: Ham, and cheddar, wrapped in 6" tortilla, 1 single serve bag lays regular potato chips, cup of tropical fruit mix,
    3pm: 1 small apple

    6pm: salad with 2 tbsp dressing, (spinach,tomato, carrot, cucumber, sunflower seeds)(not the cobb salad)
    grilled chicken breast, 1/2 cup green beans, 1/4 cup brown rice, 1/2 cup sherbet dessert.
    Snack? 8-9pm 2 cups(measured after it's popped) popcorn.
    Do this exactly for every day for two weeks and walk a minimum around the block of 1.5 miles. (if you make it 5 miles a day you will be super fit and hungrier. knock out 20 pushups in 2 minutes 3-4 times throughout the day )
    You will be healthy and speed up your metabolism to lose fat and boost stamina.
    Not to mention drinking water mostly all day (carry and fill a 20 oz bottle three or so times) and keeping it to 3 cups of coffee as well. Not sucking down Corn Syrup soda and "energy" drinks. Not eating oreo's out of the vending machine, or adding Latte to your vocabulary.
    This is pretty much a"military" diet. If you don't eat, your body goes into starve/turn everything to fat, mode.

  7. This was hilarious. I've gone through lots, and I mean LOTS of diets. This one ranked right up there with the tuna fish + grapefruit juice diet. ((Never. Again.))  Oh and I was IN the Military.. they fed us waaay better than that!  😉

  9. "Military diet"? I'm in the Air NG after 13 years on AD in the infantry. The first thing I thought of was Skoal, Reds, PBR, and JD when I read that.
